Can I change old my mac to the newest version?

I have a mac g4 and would to update to newest version on mac. You think i can change the inside of my mac g4 put a software or what ever i need to do make like new. I just want to keep the tower because i have the monitor that goes with it.

Options

Your monitor will go with a new MacPro. However, outside of upgrading the processor and RAM, it's just not going to happen. You old machines RAM, hard drives will not work in the new machines. Besides, at best your machine is probably only worth $150 now.
