Why doesn’t my Vivobook start?
My brand new Asus Vivobook arrived today and after 1.5 hours of charging I still can’t get it to power up. When I press the power button the lights on the side appears briefly and then stops. Is it normal for a new laptop to take this long to start?

What is the model number of the laptop?
Does the laptop indicate that the battery is charging, fully charged etc?
Does it turn on with the charger connected?
