Pop sound when closing the screen after a repair
So I had to change the backlight which made me remove the screen after I put everything back up again
Is this a good question?

Loosen the hinge screws slightly as the hinge pins are not in proper alignment. then snug them slowly checking if the pop sound is gone.

Sorry guy nothing that gets into the art of repair. The MacBook Pro 13" Two Thunderbolt Ports 2020 Display Assembly Replacement is assuming you follow the reverse. Often things just line up, sometimes not!
This is no different then a house door! The pins of the hinges need to be within the same line. So if you just mount the hinges on the replacement door at an angle the pins won't slide in when you fit the door into the frame, that is if the hinges are at the correct distance from each other.
Get a metal ruler to help you in the alignment.
