The oven of my stove is not working

The oven of my stove is not working, the light is on and is not way to turn it off, I can’t used the oven at all because is not heating, someone can tell me what I can do to fix it please? The model is WEE51S0F32 and the SER. Number is RA2519922. Thank youuuu

Did you mean WEE510S0FS2?

Check that the oven has not been accidentally placed in Demo Mode:

Demo Mode is a feature intended for use on the sales floor with 120 V power connection and permits the control features to be demonstrated without heating elements turning on. If this feature is activated, the oven will not work.
To change: Press CANCEL, CANCEL, Temp/Time “up” arrow keypad, TIMER SET/OFF. Repeat to change back and end Demo mode.

If still no good try running the diagnostics as described in the tech sheet for the range and check for any error codes.
