Hi, I recently replaced my screen on my 6S Plus, everything works just fine but the screen won't "crunch" properly on the bottom near the taptic engine and the headphone jack. I am not able to put any pentalobe screws into finish either. It almost seems like there is something in the way but I have checked and there is not...

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Haven't run across this one myself; can you post a couple of photos of the inside of your phone and the back of the display? Perhaps something will jump out to the members here who've worked on them a lot.

@dadibrokeit I just added them, thank you for the suggestion 👍

My first thought was that perhaps you had the wrong screen; maybe you got a 6 Plus screen instead of a 6S Plus by mistake, but after comparing the spares I have on hand, the digitizer connection is completely different, so you'd know right off if you had the wrong one when you tried to plug it in.

Maybe a picture of the back side of the LCD as well would help?

@dadibrokeit Hi, i just submitted a photo of the back side of the LCD

Awesome! The only thing I can see offhand is that the bracket that goes over the home button looks like it's a little "off", like it's not quite straight. Are you missing a screw next to the connector?
