oneplus Nord 5G if my screen is blank (ie black) then I cannot accept

I have a oneplus Nord 5G, I have a similar problem: if my screen is not blank when I get an incoming call then I get the usual green accept and red reject options, but if my screen is blank (ie black) then I cannot accept or reject the call it just rings and rings and nothing I do changes that! Can anyone help?

Hi,

Have you tried just swiping up when the phone rings to answer the call?
