My Fitbit display is not working . It charges well and collecting data that I can see via app.
How can I fix the touch screen display.

Have you tried a hard reset? Google how to do it. If that doesn’t work then it’s possibly a screen connector loose on the board. Repaired one before that had that issue. If connection is ok a new screen can be bought from eBay. There simple enough to work on. Removing the screen can be fiddly but take your time using a sharp blade. Watch your fingers, I use a razor blade and isopropyl alcohol. Start at the side working round leaving the bottom until last as that’s where the ribbons are.

If this fitbit wasn't dropped or inadvertently went under water and is several years old, something broke, disabling the screen yet still lets you see data via app. Repair may be more difficult compared to repairing a cellphone.
