iPad Won’t charge

I have a iPad Pro 10.5 that is not charging. I have tried to restart and use the factory charger and wire with no result. What would in theory need replaced to get this working again?

Options

could be the charge port or the charging chip, it could also be a short on the board causing it not to turn on
