Connect to Wall Charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons until the iPhone begins to restart, usually about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. When iPhone is back on, you can use it or shut off normally.

If problems and you decide to Restore Firmware. Open iTunes on computer, then connect iPhone to computer, then hold both home and power buttons until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode, usually about 20 seconds time holding both buttons. Restore the Firmware.
