shows only sos calls after restore
done system restore after problems with apps now can only make sos calls all data gone how do i restore settings

cameron thanks thats exactly whats happend problem is my windows severn doesnt like apple store and wont connect either way even with updates i think i need a mac to connect i done the restore direct from the iphone its 3g 2nd gen phone but started to play up losing carrier etc so being nieve i did a full reset and pow its all gone itunes pics the lot

So you reset all settings in settings/general not a restore via iTunes? This would be why everything is gone. Is the phone recognised by iTunes? If it says SOS calls you need to remove sim, clean and reinsert. Phone should the prompt that it is being activated.

If it says connect to itunes and nothing is working, then your phone is bricked, Apple store may need to be visited.

Did you restore from a back up on iTunes or did you upgrade? Which iPhone and which iOS?
