Water may have seeped through inside the iphone 3GS.what could I do to "fix' this? Need help fast!

Mil,if you are not sure if you have any water damage, treat it like it would. Use this as your guide. It is for a 3G but will most certainly apply to your phone as well. After that re-evaluate. You may have to replace your LCD. The guides to work on your phone are here. Hope this helps, good luck.
