Replacement Display in store missing parts?

I am trying to see if I can replace my ipad display. Water got in the pad and the backlight of the display is gone. I saw the display in the store is missing a few components at the top. Those seem to be hard glued on, on the original display. Any suggestions on how to take them off? Or are there any replacement displays that come with those components? Thanks!

Answer this question I have this problem too

Heat is your friend to remove anything glued/taped on (except for heat resistant tape like kapton tape).

We haven't gotten a 4th gen so far, have worked on a 3rd gen recently and there's a proximity sensor flex cable at the top, carefully remove and transfer that flex cable to the new display. I would imagine same procedure is required on 4th gen.
