Small plastic piece fell out of blu-ray drive

Hi everyone. Last week the disc drive in my PS5 stopped accepting discs so I disassembled the blu-ray drive and a small plastic piece fell out of it. Does anyone know what it is and where it's supposed to go? I tried reassembling the blu-ray drive without the piece and my PS5 still won't accept discs. I think the electronics of the drive are fine as the console makes a beeping sound when I press the eject button. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
