When I plug ps5 switch into socket there is buzzing sound before ps5 p

When i plug ps5 switch into socket there is buzzing sound in power supply but the consule is not power on is this normal

It is hard to understand your post but are you saying that the PSU buzzes and the console will not power on?

No no sir my question is when i plug ps5 switch into the power socket there is buzzing sound in power supply this process start when just i plug ps5 switch into the power socket i did not power on the consule and when i press power on button of ps5 this sound will come regularly i just want to know is this sound is normal of power supply
