Why is my iPod freezing
I am at the gym working out it will just stop for no reason and start back up in five mins. Why is that

If you were at the gym, I can assume the iPod was being moved around a good bit. The thing with this model of iPod is that it's hard drive based, meaning there are moving parts, so it can skip (like a cd). That's the desirable problem, but it also might mean that your hard drive is on its way out. Try restoring your iPod in iTunes (this will delete all your music from the iPod, you'll have to reload it) and not moving it about so much.
