Is PS Vita slim 2000 top layer glass or digitizer detachable from LCD?

I have a PS vita slim 2000 model it needs repair it. It works perfectly just has a cracked front panel but the LCD screen and touch is working fine. i found this link

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUEfW-jJ...

on isolating the digitizer from the OLED screen on PS Vita fat model 1000, however its not clear to me if the digitizer is fused by glass at the bottom of the display please refer to 3:38 interval of video. I want to attempt this repair I'm confident in soldering the flex cable but i cannot find the digitizer anywhere or is it just glass? any clue where i can get one? I dont want to seperate it and cause further damage if its glass fused like some of the samsung phones digitizer fused onto the lcd. i got this as its Sony and thought it would be a supported product, I'm not looking to spend 75 dollars on a new aftermarket display when my original display is working. I can find the LCD seperately but not the digitizer cant find a faceplate either, not sure if its sold separately. Any clue? Thank you
