Lion 10.7.2 - Apple Bootscreen + quick visible loading-bar= crash!

Hi everybody,

i got a problem with my Macbook Pro 13 Mid 2010 (2.4GHZ C2D, 8GB Ram, 128GB SSD, Geforce 300 Series).

I installed 10.6 SL with my CDs. Updated to 10.6.8. Installed 10.7.2 via AppStore.

After switching off: Everytime I wanna start my Macbook there is the Apple Logo on boot screen, then suddenly a "loading-bar" appears and my Macbook crashes (Switch off).

I had those problem few times. I already formated the harddisk... Do anybody got a clue?

PS: Yes, I did Option+Command+P+R and the Apple Hardware Test: nothing changes. :)
