procedure to burn a dvd

i need your advice to burn a dvd of a programme downloaded from a t.v programme. macbook pro has inbuilt software or should we buy.if there is an inbuilt software the procedure to use it .kindly help me please

hello, i would recommend a software called "Toast".

I use Toast 10 Titanium. Very nice tool. :) But if you just simply wanna burn data discs, watch this -> http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1479
