iPhone does not turn on after charging port replacement

Hi. I wanted to make the custom housing for my iPhone SE 2020. Originally it was SE RED PRODUCT, i have changed buttons flex and charging port (SE Black) but after completing the phone does not turn on. I tried wirelless charging and different plugs but there is no vibration or Apple logo show up.

Can you try to help me where should be the problem? Thank you

Answer this question I have this problem too

was it pulgged in or anything like that

@keith_themuscovyduck no. All components were disconnected. The phone does not turn on after change of charging port. It was working before this assembly

Did you ground yourself from ESD?

If you have checked all the connections and the phone still does not turn on, try to charge it wirelessly. If it responds and charges, then perhaps the charging port you replaced the original with one that was broken. This is great, and you can just replace the charging port. If the phone does not respond or charge wirelessly then it is quite possible that it got harmed by ESD. Plastic tools help, but scewdrivers and hands can easily harm a device like this.
