Is It My Logicboard?

I'm trying to determine why my Macbook Pro will not charge. I replaced the battery and the DC-In board and neither has solved the problem. My guess is it is the logic board. My AC sniffer lights up when I plug in so it appears to be getting power. Any thoughts?

It is gonna be your motherboard... Do you get a green or orange light on the charger?
