Broken USB-C port - is this easily replaceable or a soldered component

Dell XPS 13 9300 with a physically damaged USB-C port. Is this port soldered to the system board? Or is it something that I can easily swap out with a non-broken one?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Hi @rickined ,

Both of the USB-C ports, (left and right side) are soldered onto the systemboard Click on the main image in the link to view the ports mounted on the right and left side edge, at the back of the board

Here's the service manual for the laptop if you wish to remove the systemboard so that the faulty USB-C port can be replaced. Go to p.29 to view the necessary steps.
