So I’ve had this LG stylo 5 and black spots started appearing
This phone I’ve had for years and it’s high quality. But after I dropped it on the floor black spots appeared shortly after.

More than likely the LCD screen is damaged internally due to the fall. This cannot be repaired, the screen has to be replaced.
Here’s a video that shows how to replace the LCD screen.
Replacement screens are available online. Search online for LG Stylo 5 LCD screen, to get results for suppliers that suit you best.
If doing the repair yourself is too daunting, contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote t repair the phone.
