iMac 2,4 24" faulty 3 leds, no boot but fans spins
Hi everybody!
After reading a bunch of related pages about my iMac'problem, I'm trying to post to get information about it...
First of all, sorry for my "beginning english", i'm not use to write that language.
Here it goes:
My 2,4ghz iMac Intel 24" EMC 2134 Model N°: A1225 do not boot.
I bought it as faulty and opened it looking for more information.
It have the three leds so I suspected a bad communication between video card and lcd.
Videocard (HD2600) was changed for a new one (furnished by an friendly AC) with no change.
I thought it was a logic board problem but wich one?
I don't think that apple'hardware is so fragil (even if I had in my "atelier" a few ones for badcaps exchange) and still point a hardware mess on the logic board.
Any help or advise is welcome: I will post a guide on this machine (even if it do not run by the moment!
Best regards,
Titi
Is this a good question?

Hello ABCellars,
I did try the Ram test with unit from my 2,16 iMac and this gave no change:
The logic board power up for 3-4 seconds then shut down and power up again. No screen, gans spins up sometimes...
Mouse seems to receive power (red light of the mighty) but keyboard don't work : no reaction with pram reset...
I really don't figure what is the problem: seems to come from the logic board...
