Green screen, Random Reboot, Reboot Freeze.

I've had this Phone since Oct. of last year. It all began when I accidentally dropped it on a parking lot. a small crack on the back was of no concern, but something else began the cause. When I upgraded my BB to 06.15.00, the battery drain was the #1 problem. Still couldn't find the problem. Last Monday, I got the bright idea that I would "restore" but ended upgrading to iOS 5! I de-evoled back to 4.2.1 the day after I figured it out. Currently its suffering from a reboot loop and yet found a solution to this. Can anyone help? (T-Mobile 4.2.1 06.15.00)

P.S: The Dock is missing a plastic piece which has some 'fingers' (some of these are bent). And I have no vibration function.

Dave, can you post pics of the damaged dock? As for the software issues, you may need to force it back down to iOS 4.1 (apple still signs this), from there you can upgrade it via pwnage or redsnow. The vibrate function may be due to the pins not touching the board, bend them up slightly.
