Why is my screen darker on the lower right side?

hey there,

I have bought a refurbished iPhone 8 plus like 4 months ago, on its lower-left corner was darker than any other spot on the screen of the phone, I first thought it was maybe the current screen had damage and later I might decide to purchase a new one to get rid of the darker spot, unfortunately, it keeps on showing even on the new one purchased

what can be the cause of it?

Options

One of your two backlight circuits is not working. The common causes would be water damage at the connector or backlight filter—-both microsoldering jobs.
