Proximity Sensor ( the screen doesn't turn off)

I have a problem with proximity sensor. I changed the flex cable because power button doesn't work and everything went well.But now when i call the screen doesn't turn off.Light sensor,speaker work and everything work fine.When i cover with my hand the proximity sensor i can't touch anything from the screen but the screen is on.Sorry for my bad English i'm from Germany.

Carefully reseat Flex Cable #3 or replace Flex Cable #3.
