"iTunes cannot sync apps to the iPhone" Damage by battery change?
Hello,
After changing the battery on my iPhone 3G, when i try to sync the iPhone in itunes, the green bar in the iPhone tab of itunes (the overview, where you see what's taking up how much of space on the phone) keeps shrinking. It goes from 3.2 GB down to .66 (sometimes less) GB, and eventually disappears altogether.
Itunes then quits to sync, giving me the message: "iTunes cannot sync apps to the iPhone “...” because the apps installed on the iPhone could not be determined"
Another error i got was directly on the phone, which all of a sudden told me, there was no sim card inserted. This only happened once.
Other than that, the phone works normally.
Any help would be highly appreciated!
EDIT: Resolved!
I uninstalled all the apps on the phone and reinstalled them. Now everything works normally again, so it seems to have been a software problem.
Thanks to pollytintop for the help!!
Is this a good question?

Have you checked your USB dock port for dirt etc, rechecked connector 4?

@pollytintop - Yes, i cleaned the USB-Connector, and both ends of connector 4 with rubbing alcohol, with no success.

@pollytintop: No, it isn't a jailbroken phone, but reinstalling all the apps worked anyway!
Thank you very much!!
