Tv won't turn on after I push the power button on the remote or tv

After it was left for a few hours unplugged the TV won’t start anymore, it make the beep sound after I push the red button on the remote, and after a hissing noise and nothing.

This happened before but, after 10 minutes it was starting again. Now it doesn’t anymore.

I took of the back panel to have a look where the hissing is coming from, I’ve attached pictures.

In the video I push the power button and the hissing noise comes from the place I’m filming.

Here’s the power up boot check troubleshooting flowchart, from the service manual for the TV.

This is a good place to start to find out what’s wrong.
