can someone give me the files for the ipod touch because i accidentally hit “format” on one of the files which deletes it permanently

find a recovery program and recover that file. here are some options:

are you sure you cant use the file recovery tools it will work for permanently deleted files (most of the time)
@funtimfoxy9g what files? what did you delete? What model iPod? Gives us more details about what happened and what files you think you may need.
