Can you replace a 2.0 Logic Board with a 2.4?

Are there any differences in connections that would stop this from working? My 2.0 is fried, may as well upgrade.

Thanks!

If you stay with the same model number your problems will be minimal if any.

Sure you can. My late 2008 2.0 GHz unibody Macbook was liquid damaged so I bought and replaced the MB466LL mainboard for the 2.4GHz MB467LL one found relatively cheap on eBay:

All works fine, although it still does not see the battery - DC in charging module or battery controller seems to be damaged as well, have to replace it.
