Touchscreen and nearly all buttons not working

So my touchscreen randomly stopped working while I was playing animal crossing. A, B, and X barely work and the touchscreen works for a few seconds randomly. R and L don’t work. The circle pad will not let me navigate the home screen and worked when I tried going into animal crossing. I’ve already attempted to clean it and there is no screen protector on it. I don’t know if xl,xr, and y work.
