adding a Step 21-22

Does anyone know what step 21 and 22 would be in installing the logic board in a G4 macmini 1,42 GHz ?

What I mean is I need to change the bottom housing and want to remove the black sleep light unitwithout breaking it. This is the part that the man on the video is touching with his right index finger
