Mobile network is on and off

My oppo A33 mobile sim signal is on and off. What's the problem?

Hi,

Does this happen regardless of the location of the phone i.e. it may only happen in a poor reception area?

Do other phones, using the same network as yours, have the same problem when in the same location as your phone?

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?

@jayeff hello, it actually happens all the time. Other phones using the same network works so well including my other phone.. And also data connection is always EDGE.. it does not show a 4G connection.. I just don't know if it has been dropped..

Check what the network settings are.

Try 3G/2G auto and check if the signal is stable.
