Can I add the LiDAR sensor

Can I add the LiDAR sensor to this phone because I need the LiDAR for 3d scanning stuff for preservation.

Sadly, no. The 13 Pro has 3 camera lenses and the 13 only has 2, so no way to fit it into the housing without modification. Additionally the camera assembly from the 13 uses 1 cable (and connection to the board) and the 13 Pro uses 2. I suppose there may be a way to modify it to work, but it would require a lot of knowledge. So I would say it’s maybe possible, but realistically, it’s not practical.

Cameras are also paired to the logic board starting with the 12 series and if I recall correctly swapping camera modules even within the same model caused the cameras to not work properly or at all.

The LiDAR sensor is actually a separate module altogether and is not physically integrated into the camera at all. It even has its own connector to the board. It likely also has dedicated components on the logic board which would be absent on the vanilla 13 Pro. So. No. Not in any practical way.
