If I press the touch id I cannot enter the iPhone home

your question is quite vague. Could you give us some more information like were any repairs attempted or any errors appearing on the screen? Can you add a new fingerprint?

@hootonberg If I swipe the touch ID, it displays the unlocked message, but if I press I cannot access the main page.
