Touchscreen Works Intermittently After Replacement

Hi there,

I just replaced an iPhone screen. Everything seemed to go right, but now the touchscreen responds intermittently. It seems that certain sections of the screen are more prone to it than others. Does this mean the screen is defective or is there some other explanation?

Thanks in advance.

wps13321, if all your connections are properly seated and you double checked your work, my gut instinct says that you have a bad digitizer. I would contact the vendor and discuss a replacement. It seems to happen more frequently over the last few month. May be a lack of QA or to many third party manufacturers cutting corners. Anyhow, just my 2 cents. Good Luck.
