Is it possible to replace only front glass?

hi, my iPhone's front glass broke and i paid a lot of money for replacing whole of lcd!!!! could i change the front glass only???

I'm really really upset because of what I've done??

it trashed my beautiful iPhone.

Unfortunately, the front glass and the LCD are fused together, so you cannot separate them. You have to replace the entire display assembly.

big debates about this..for quality of finish and ease you should buy the entire LCD/digitiser glass. You CAN'T take the glass off the LCD..we've all tried and failed. You can buy the 2 parts and assemble as one so that in the future if one or the other breaks you could just replace 1.

No... tried on a iPhone 4 with a bad logicboard that fell in the ocean I was given

I did not come close at all(corner of the screen cracked)

BTW, the connector was corroded beyond repair for the digitizer used
