The answer was found prodably due to water damage one of the capacitors was damaged for the on/off button, not to turn the phone first hold both vol up and vol down at the same time and connect it with a cable to the pc ( chargers / phones will not work only pc ) then you will enter a menue whewre you can press vol down to reboot also make sure you have the battery plugged in!

Fid you replace the power button itself or just the cable?

the cable . i only replaced the flex cable not the bower button

What may have happened is the water corroded the contacts in the button itself. Usually not worth ripping it apart as it's pressure fitted together. Luckly they aren't expensive

yes, i know that but in the note 10 lite is just a piece of plastic with a hill like structure which when pressing the button form the outside collides with the button in the flex cable which i can even do with a screw driver and i don't think no i am pretty sure it is not the button problem.

So you are saying you can get it to work via just the ribbon? The hill structure has a conductive pad in it. if you take it off you should be able to clean it and it should work again
