Ghost touch after water damage

Hello. my tablet got submerged in water after my sister plays with it on the bathroom. it started to get errors after 30 minutes. the error is the tablet keeps turning on and off. after that, i put the water on rice and silicone bag so it dries the water out. after that, i managed to dissassemble it and tried to make sure the board is ok. and it was. so i putted the whole thing together again, and it works but now it started to going to do this ghost touch thing. what should i do? should i replace the lcd or can i do something else? i dont want to replace the lcd because its very pricy, so please help me with another solution rather that that.

To fix this problem, you will need a replacement display assembly, which you can get here($75). There is a video guide here that you can follow.
