1 Absolutely no picture on the top half of the screen
It' a Panasonic Viera. Absolutely no picture on the top half of the screen and only half of the picture on the bottom of the screen.

@Natalie OToole what exact model is your TV? This does look like a Y-sustain buffer board issue.
