SONY KDL 43W800C TV cannot open with red light blink 5 times

Hi,

need help for problem as below

  • when turn on TV, it shows white screen and turn off with 5 times red light blink.
  • Self check found error code as photo
    1. FRCTC_I2C
    2. BACKLIGHT_ERR
