@jamescothran just for completion sake since I am sure you have it replaced by now. This is definitely a broken LCD screen. There is no fixing it and it will need to get replaced.

Probably beacuse of poor handling and shipping contact your suppyer for a refund or a replacement they have to,but u cant do that if the tv was poorly shipped by u and in broke

@wayne38419 those are hard to find. Pull the back cover form your TV and you will see a label on the back side of the screen. Use the numbers from that and do an online search. See if you find a panel that wall fit.
