How can I know if I have to replace my processor?

So my moto g power (2021) got damaged and I have had it like a week so I'm getting no power of the screen even though the battery is fully charged also there's a little dead battery indicator up in the corner that flashes every so often saying that it's not getting power but the battery upon opening looks fine but the processor on the other hand it does not the case to it is damaged because the back of the phone right behind the volume up and volume down key is where it hit. After I opened up the phone I see solder marks with black spots in the center so far but how do I know if I just need Micro soldering or if I actually need to replace the processor itself please help?!!!!
