The wifi keep on disconnected every 25-30mins

Dell Inspiron 15 3000 , intel core i3

this laptop purchase 7 Sept 21 and lodge the complaint last Monday 20 Sept 2021. The wifi keep on disconnected every 25-30mins even at house or via working place. Cant even let my daughter go for her online class.
Do complaint on Dell Store Shop but seller advice call to the central for checking.

Kind of disappointed on this new laptop.

Hi,

Does it do this even when the laptop is used <20cm from your WiFi router?

Please verify the model number as shown on the information label on the bottom of the laptop.

Hi Emo,

I would try the following:

-turn off bluetooth and test

-check the power settings and set it to performance or whatever similar option is present

-confirm the drive is up to date (from the manufacturer- not via Windows Update)
