Bootloader 3.9

Bootloader 4.6

IPSW 3.1.2 and 3.1.3

Restore iPhone to 3.1.3 with iTunes, then use Redsn0w 0.9.4 to unlock and activate point Redsn0w to 3.1.2, this is important. Redsn0w jailbreaks 3.1.3, but needs 3.1.2 to perform the jailbreak.
