Viti esterne iPhone danneggiate

Ciao ragazzi,

vorrei sostituire il display e la batteria del mio Iphone 8, ma le viti esterne (quelle in basso di fianco al caricabatteria) sono danneggiate!

Come faccio a rimuoverle senza rompere tutto?
