Can you help me identify this capacitor/resistor/inductor?

I accidentally broke this chip while replacing the speaker, can you tell me what component is it? And how much complicated or costly would it be to repair? (It’s the central R20 chip)

The R20 marked part is an inductor which has the following specs 0.2UH-20%-28A-0.0011OHM Here’s the data sheet for them Bourns Shielded Power Inductors Contact Mouser
