volume in the I tune is subdued why

when i down load a programme to the i tune and replay it volume is subdued but where as when i drag the programme on the screen and play it the volume is full why

Options

Your system volume may be turned up much louder than the internal volume control in iTunes. Try looking at the top of your iTunes screen and move the slider to the right
