New battery but still won't charge. Is this an I/O board problem?

I replaced the battery just fine but the new one will still not charge. The power cord and adapter are good.

I/O problem or what else could it be ??

It looks like your logic boards charging logic has failed as your battery current charge is 2050 mAh, yet your charger is connected but not charging! Unless you only just connected the MagSafe charger and the logic hasn’t flipped the ‘Charging with’ and the value ‘0 Watts’ is also altered to a value.
