Assuming the display comes as part of an assembly already attached to the metal case, the procedure is basically gutting out the watch and transferring all the components over to the new display assembly. Stay tuned we’re about to get to that guide soon.

The Watch 4 is quite new and with the overall shortage of things availability of spare parts might take some time, yes.
